More lightened squats tonight, this time with blue bands suspending the bar in the cage so I could overload my squat. There was a lot of band on the squat, so I could really overload it & see what my back can take. 

Lightened squats: 60kg, 5 reps x 2; 80kg x 3; 100kg x 3; 120kg x 1; 130kg x 1; 135kg x F!

Deadlifts with black bands: 60kg, 6 fast singles

Yates row: 30kg, 10 reps x 3

Seated good mornings: 40kg, 10 reps x 3

Glute & ham raise: 5kg plate, 10 reps x 3

Cable crunch: 25kg, 10 reps x 3

Wide-leg situp: 5kg plate, 10 reps x 3
