Max chest for Valentine’s day!

No romantic date for me tonight, instead I had my usual date night with the gym!

Bench press: 20kg, 10 reps x 2; 25kg, 10 reps; 30kg, 5 reps

Bench press to 3 boards: 40kg, 3 reps; 45kg, 3 reps; 47.5kg, 1 rep; 50kg, 1 rep; 52.5kg, 1 rep x 2; 55kg, 1 rep with a little assistance! 45kg, 5 reps

Dumbbell floor press: 10.5kg, 5 reps; 12.5kg, 5 reps; 15kg, 5 reps x 2; 15kg, 7 reps

JM press: 20kg barbell, 5 x 5

Seated front barbell press: 12.5kg, 7 reps; 15kg, 7 reps; 20kg, 7 reps

Hammer curl (both arms simultaneously with dumbbells): 7kg, 10 reps x 3

Spiders (stretch red band between wrists, “walk” wrists up & down doorframe): 3 sets of 30 seconds

Decline crunch: 10 reps x 3
