Another bench session, and this one was poor. For some reason I just totally lost power when benching – my biceps hurt and I just couldn’t engage *anything*. Disappointed. 

Bench press (straight): 20kg, 10 reps x 2; 30kg, 5 reps x 2; 35kg, 3 reps

Bench press with ~8kg chains: 30kg, 3 reps; 35kg, 3 reps; 37.5kg, 1 rep; 40kg, 1 rep; 42.5kg, 1 rep (then I totally bombed out)

Narrow bench press to 3 boards: 25kg, 10 reps; 30kg, 10 reps x 3

Lying dumbbell kickbacks: 5kg, 15 reps x 2

Dumbbell high incline press: 10.5kg, 10 reps x 2 (these killed me, I’m so weak!!)

Hammer curl: 8kg, 8 reps x 3

Decline crunch: 10 reps x 3
