Tiny jumps to make sure I got lots of work in.

Floor press (dumbbells): 12.5kg x 5; 15kg x 3 x 2; 17.5kg x 2 x 2; 17.5kg x 1

Seated front barbell press: 15kg x 12; 20kg x 12 x 2

Hammer curls (synchronous): 8kg x 7 x 3

Shrugs (dumbbell): 20kg x 10; 20kg x 5 x 2

Decline crunch: 15 x 2
