Barbell floor press: 

  • 20kg x 10;
  • 25kg x 10;
  • 25kg + pair of 5kg chains x 3;
  • 25kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 3;
  • 27.5kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 3;
  • 30kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 1;
  • 32.5kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 1;
  • 35kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 1;
  • 37.5kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 1;
  • 25kg + double pair of 5kg chains x 3

Same as last week, essentially, only a little more feeble 😦

Incline narrow bench press: 20kg x 5 reps; 30kg, 5 reps x 3

JM press: 20kg, 10 reps x 3

Seated dumbbell press: 9kg, 7 reps x 3

Single-arm dumbbell row: 20kg, 5 reps x 3

Hammer curls: 8kg, 8 reps x 3

Wide-leg situp: 5kg plate, 10 x 3
