Squats: 

  • 20kg, 5 reps x 3
  • 40kg x 3
  • 50kg x 3
  • 60kg, 3 reps x 3

I was determined to vanquish the confidence monster from Monday, and I think these did it. OK, so 60kg isn’t anywhere near my max, but I was conceptrating on form & speed (and not falling into a squat morning) and I think I nailed it. Feeling more assured about my squat now that I did a few days ago. 

Speed pulls off blocks: 70kg x 5; 80kg for 6 singles

Dimel deadlifts: 40kg, 20 reps x 2

I ❤ Dimel deadlifts, they feel like my kind of cardio (keep it fast & tight; drop quickly below the knees then explode to the top)

Bench press: 20kg, 20 reps x 2; 30kg x 5; 37.5kg, 3 reps x 3

JM press: 20kg, 12 reps x 3; 25kg, 5 reps x 2

Tricep pushdowns: 10kg x 30

Cable crunch: 25kg, 10 reps x 3
