Heavy Saturday session, for a change!

Squats:

  • 20kg, 5 reps x 3
  • 40kg x 5
  • 50kg x 3
  • 60kg x 2
  • 67.5kg x 2
  • 72.5kg, 2 reps x 3

Yeeeeah, back to almost-normal after my squat confidence crisis.

Good mornings: 20kg x 10; 50kg, 3 reps x 3

Bench press:

  • 20kg, 10 reps x 2; 
  • 30kg x 5
  • 40kg, 2 reps x 3

First time I’ve benched 40kg without a spotter (I was too lazy to ask anyone!)

Narrow bench press to 2 boards: 30kg, 10 reps x 3

Decline crunch: 10 reps x 3

Spiders: 3 sets of 30s with red band
