Another heavy day!

Squats:

  • 20kg, 5 reps x 2
  • 40kg x 5
  • 50kg x 3
  • 60kg x 2
  • 67.5kg x 1
  • 72.5kg x 2
  • 75kg, 2 reps x 2

Yay! These felt heavy but strong. Very pleased. 

Dimel deadlifts: 40kg, 20 reps x 2

Glute & ham raises: 10 reps x 3

Bench press:

  • 20kg, 10 reps x 2
  • 30kg x 5
  • 35kg x 3
  • 42.5kg, 2 reps x 2
  • 45kg x 2

2 reps at 100% of my competition max (no pause though). Again, very pleased. 

Tricep pushdowns: 15kg, 8 reps, 10 reps

Decline crunch: 10 x 3
