10 days til comp… I weighed 71.5kg this morning which is 500g within weight. Feeling fairly confident about making weight… fingers crossed!

Squats: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 40kg, 5 reps; 50kg, 3 reps; 60kg, 3 reps; 67.5kg, 3 reps x 3

Deadlift: 60kg, 3 reps x 2; 80kg, 2 reps; 90kg x 1; 100kg x 1; 105kg x 1; 110kg, 1 reps x 2

Think I will open on 110kg at the competition, it was heavy but doable. 

Dimel deadlifts: 40kg, 20 reps x 2

Bench press: 20kg, 10 reps x 2; 30kg, 5 reps; 35kg, 3 reps; 40kg, 2 reps x 3; 47.5kg x 1 very hard rep

JM press: 20kg, 10 reps x 2
