High box squats, above parallel: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 40kg x 5; 60kg x 5; 80kg x 3; 90kg, 3 reps x 3

Deficit deadlifts (on 3 mats): 60kg, 5 reps x 2; 85kg, 7 singles

Upright rows: 20kg bar, 7 reps x 3

Glute & ham raises: 10 reps x 4; then 20 reps

Landmines: 20kg bar, 5 reps x 2

Cable crunch: 25kg, 10 reps; 30kg, 7 reps x 2
