Dumbbell bench press, palms facing: 10.5kg x 7; 12.5kg, 7 reps x 2

Tate press (6kg dumbbells): 10 x 5

JM press: 20kg, 10 x 5

Hammer curls: 7kg, 10 x 3

Decline crunch: 10 x 3

Spiders, red band: 3 sets of 30s

Then home to eat a HUGE plate of fried ham & eggs. I have Olympic lifting tomorrow & another weights session the day after. Phew!
