Wow. Considering my regular (paused) bench is only 45kg, this was a bit surprising

Low incline dumbbell bench press: 10.5kg, 5 reps x 3

JM press: 15kg, 12 reps x 2; 25kg, 12 reps

Seated press: 12.5kg x 8; 17.5kg x 6; 22.5kg, 4 reps x 3

Alternate hammer curl: 8kg, 7 reps x 3

Wide-leg situp: 10 reps x 3

Weighted leg raise: 2.5kg, 10 reps x 3
