I had high hopes for tonight, but it was a bit… meh. Oh well.

Good mornings: 20kg, 10 reps x 3

Deadlift: 60kg, 5 reps x 2

Deadlift + pair of 13kg chains (so add 26kg to all weights at the top): 60kg x 2; 70kg x 2; 80kg x 2; 85kg x 1; 90kg x 1; 60kg x 10!!!

Front squat: 30kg, 7 reps x 2; 35kg, 7 reps

Band good mornings: 12 reps x 3

Band leg curls: 12 reps x 3

Reverse hyperextension: 12 reps x 3

Landmines: 20kg bar, 5 reps x 3

Cable crunch: 30kg, 10 reps x 3

Then dinner:
