This week

I’m going to write this down in the hope I can hold myself to it!

  • Monday: heavy leg/back day at Bethnal Green
  • Tuesday: possibly kettlebell class at Urban Kings, or else just some conditioning (snatch drills?) on my own
  • Wednesday: nothing!
  • Thursday: heavy chest/arms day at Bethnal Green
  • Friday: possibly circuits at Urban Kings (although I’m supposed to be picking up the keys to my new house that afternoon)
  • Saturday: Speed day at Bethnal Green
  • Sunday: nothing! Except maybe lots of DIY at the new house.

Blimey. I’d better get eating!

EDIT: shit, I forgot I have a meeting 1-5pm on Tuesday, so kettlebells won’t happen. ARSE.¬†
