Since I didn’t make it to kettlebells yesterday, I decided to do some snatch drills at my other gym today…

Warm up / mobility stuff

Snatch drills: 

  • Lift to knees: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 
  • Snatch balance: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 
  • Lift & bounce: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 
  • Overhead squat: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 
  • Snatch from the high hang: 15kg, 5 reps x 2
  • Full snatch: 15kg, 5 reps x 2

OHP: 20kg, 5 reps x 3

Single-leg split squat: 10 reps x 2

Dumbbell bench press: 12kg, 5 reps x 2

Seemed a bit aimless, to be honest – I think I need to devise a proper program
