I got up early today to work out at Urban Kings before work!! Seriously, this never happens (mostly because Bethnal Green is only open evenings).
Snatch drills, all with a technique bar + 10kg (so 15-17kg??), all 5 reps x 2
Lift to knees, then overhead squat
Pull & bounce, then snatch balance
High pull, then snatch from the high hang
Clean, then jerk (not together)
Front squats: 20kg, 5 reps; 30kg, 5 reps x 3
Lots of stretching & mobility work
Feeling good today!! I know I said I probably wouldn’t work out much this week due to the house & DIY etc, but I was really keen to get back in the gym & snatch.
