Good mornings: 20kg, 10 reps x 2

Box squat: 

  • 20kg + heavy black bands: 3 reps x 2
  • 20kg + heavy black bands + red bands: 3 reps; 25kg, 3 reps; 30kg, 3 reps; 40kg, 3 reps; 50kg, 2 reps x 2; 55kg, 1 reps x 3 

So, with the black + red bands I think there was maybe 20-30kg of extra load at the top?

Rack pulls (knee height): 60kg + pair of 26kg chains: 2 reps x 2; one set of 11 reps

Band good mornings: 10 reps x 5

Glute & ham raises: 10 reps x 5

Side bends: 17.5kg, 10 reps x 2

Cable crunch: 30kg, 10 reps x 2

Decline crunch: 10 reps
