Well, despite tingly arm rubbishness, I decided to get my snatch drills in for the first time in over a week…

Front squats: 20kg x 5; 30kg x 5; 35kg, 5 reps x 3

Snatch drills, all 2 sets of 5 with a technique bar + 10kg: 

  • Lift to knees, then overhead squat
  • Pull & bounce, then snatch balance
  • High pull, then snatch from the high hang

Full snatch: technique bar + 10kg, 5 reps; technique bar + 15kg, 5 reps

Good mornings: 20kg, 10 reps

Not loads of work, but enough to get my heartrate up!
