Had a really crappy day at work. Arrived at the gym stressed & late. 

Squats: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 40kg, 5 reps; 50kg, 3 reps; 60kg, 3 reps; 72.5kg, 3 reps; 77.5kg, 2 reps; 80kg, 1 rep x 2

Fairly pleased; it was meant to be 80kg 2 x 2 but I wasn’t quite up to it. Never mind, though. 

Good mornings: 40kg, 7 reps x 3

Bench press: 20kg, 10 reps; 30kg, 5 reps; 35kg, 3 reps; 40kg, 3 reps; 42.5kg, 2 reps; 45kg, 2 reps x 2 (no pause)

Close-grip dumbbell bench press, palms facing: 10.5kg, 5 reps; 12.5kg, 5 reps x 2

Single-arm dumbbell row: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 22.5k, 3 reps x 3

Lateral pulldown: 20kg, 20 reps; 25kg, 20 reps

Glute & ham raises: 10 reps x 2

Bodyweight was 71.5kg this morning. Need to trim a little tiny bit to be nice & light on the 13th July (next comp) 🙂
