Well after weighing myself yesterday morning at 71.5kg (within competition weight), this morning I was 73.2kg (1.2kg over). Damn you, lunchtime calzone!
I’ve started thinking about my openers for July 13th. Since I managed 80kg in the gym last night, I’m thinking 80kg squat, 45kg bench (woe is my bench) and 110kg deadlift.
Of course, all subject to how I feel on the day! 🙂
