I need to talk to my coach this week about it, but I’m wondering if it’s not too late to start training for the EPA All-England championships on August 17th. That’s only 4 training weeks away. I had planned to take a week off after the Londons, but I probably won’t; I’m feeling quite physically broken right now, though!

If I don’t do the All-England, then that’s basically it in the competition calendar until the British.

Unfortunately I’m kinda superstitious, and worry that since I’ve had 2 bad meets in a row, the British will be the 3rd (bad things coming in threes & all that!)

Ugh, I don’t know. Maybe I’m better off just training for the British, and seeing a sports psychologist to sort my head out!
