Great session today. Did some heavier box squat singles (not up to a full max) and hit 162.5kg (358lbs). Felt lovely.
In even better news, I tried some wrist wraps on the bench OH MY GOD THIS MAKES EVERYTHING SO MUCH EASIER.

I love wrist wraps so much that…. shhh! Sometimes I wear them outside the gym.
