Dumbbell bench press, palms facing: 10.5kg dbs, 12 reps x 3

JM press: 30kg, 5 reps x 5

Seated OHP: 20kg, 7 reps; 22.5kg, 7 reps x 2

Single-arm dumbbell rows: 20kg, 7 reps x 3

Alternate hammer curls: 8kg, 7 reps x 5

Spiders: 3 sets of 30s

Wide-leg situp: 15 reps x 3
