I really didn’t want to go to conditioning today, but I did. Oh god. It was brutal (for me, anyhow).

Warm up (jogging with intermittent push-ups, tuck jumps, burpees etc)

3 rounds of:

  • Double kettlebell deadlifts (12kg) x 10
  • 50 skips
  • 25 push-ups

3 rounds of:

  • Double kettlebell clean & press (started with 12kg, had to switch to 8kg! I have no kettlebell technique cos I never use them!) x 10
  • 8 sprints to the end of the dojo & back
  • 25 sit-ups

3 rounds of:

  • Double kettlebell squat (12kg) x 10
  • 30 star jumps
  • 25 tuck jumps

Then one round of all of them, all together.

Now I’m eating a Pret Bakewell Tart. Need moar calories.
