I didn’t go to yoga yesterday, because on Friday I did something to my left wrist & it’s hurt ever since. I’ve managed to go lifting (wearing my wrist wraps) but I decided that doing 50 minutes of side planks was probably too much. 

I don’t know if I messed up my wrist doing all those push-ups last Friday, or if it’s a carpal tunnel thing. I’ve been wearing my wrist wraps or my carpal tunnel brace as a precaution. 

I have bench tonight but I think it’ll be OK; not so sure about conditioning tomorrow if it’s going to involve more push-ups!
