I went to conditioning today. I spoke to the trainer taking the class beforehand about my wrist, he’s an osteopath & said that the pain sounded like a carpal tunnel flare-up. Sigh!
Still, I managed the class OK. More sprints, push-ups, kettlebell swings & clean + presses, battle ropes, ball slams and (new to me) sandbag snatches. The sandbag snatches were particularly awful, we had to do as many as possible in 1 minute & I only managed five good ones with a 15kg bag. FIVE!!
