I attempted 125kg, but that f*cker wasn’t coming off the floor 😉

Front squat: 20kg, 5 reps; 40kg, 5 reps x 3

Glute & ham raises: 15 reps x 3

Pullthroughs: 15 reps x 3

Machine rows: pair of 26kg chains: 12 reps x 2; chains + 5kg plate, 12 reps

Straight-leg situp: 10 reps x 3

Bodyweight this morning was 71.9kg.
