Went to conditioning today & it was as tough as ever. But, I’m getting better at full push-ups (I can now bang out 10 half-decent ones in a row). I tried to do all the required push-ups properly, but about halfway through I ended up on my knees as per usual. One day I’ll do them all properly!
I’ve also figured out the proper technique for doing sandbag snatches (i.e. not falling over backwards at the top) with the 10kg bag. They seem like a bizarre exercise, though.
I have squat hell tomorrow: 4 sets of 5 reps at 80%. Quaking in fear already.
