It’s a holiday today in the UK, so I got to the gym earlier than usual (5pm!) and finished early too. Luxury!
Squats: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 40kg, 5 reps x 2
Reverse band (lightened) squats: 60kg x 3; 70kg x 3; 80kg x 3; 90kg x 3; 100kg x 1; 105kg x 1
Oh yeah! Last time I took 105kg on my back I felt like I was suffocating, but this time it was OK (although obviously not comfortable!). I managed to get up, but it was one hell of a grind!!
Dimel deadlifts: 45kg, 20 reps x 2
Single-arm dumbbell rows: 20kg, 10 reps x 2; 17.5kg, 25 reps. Killer.
Glute & ham raises: 5kg plate, 12 reps x 3
Pullthroughs: blue band, 12 reps x 3
Lying leg raises: 10kg x 3
Russian twist (legs up): 5kg plate, 10 reps x 3
