I’m still alive, and still training. I just had the last 2 weeks off work to concentrate on DIY and move house. Shifting heavy boxes is good cardio.
I didn’t manage to make it to conditioning, but I did make it to yoga once. I also hit a very comfortable equal squat pb of 85kg in the gym the other day. I attempted 90kg and felt strong, but just couldn’t quite grind it out. I didn’t tip my back/head forward, though, so that’s a start.
I also had my second sports psychology session on Friday, which was great.
Less than 5 weeks until the GBPF British now!
