Oh god, I’ve totally got out of the habit of logging my workouts.
Bench press, with medium chains hanging from top link (+14kg on each weight): 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 22.5kg, 3 reps; 25kg, 3 reps; 27.5kg, 3 reps; 30kg, 3 reps; 32.5kg, 1 rep; 35kg, 3 single reps, all assisted.
So, the final weight I got by myself was 32.5kg + 14kg in chains
Dumbbell floor press: 12.5kg, 5 reps; 15kg, 3 reps x 5
JM press: 20kg, 5 reps; 25kg, 5 reps; 30kg, 5 reps; 35kg, 5 reps; 40kg, 5 reps
Single-arm dumbbell shoulder press: 10kg, 7 reps x 3
Weighted sit-up: 5kg plate, 10 reps x 3
Lying leg raises: 10 reps x 3
And then today, 13th September, I went to conditioning. One of the things I had to do was 100 squats holding an 8kg kettlebell. BARF.
