Went to the gym expecting deadlifts and…it was squats. And I’d forgotten my new knee sleeves.

Squats: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 40kg, 5 reps; 50kg, 5 reps; 60kg, 4 reps; 70kg, 4 reps x 2; 75kg, 2 reps x 2

Dimel deadlifts: 45kg, 20 reps x 2

Bench press: 20kg, 5 reps x 2; 30kg, 5 reps; 35kg, 5 reps; 40kg, 5 reps x 2; 42.5kg, 2 reps x 3

Felt good 🙂

JM press: 40kg, 3 reps x 5

Seated dumbbell press: 10.5kg, 5 reps x 3

Lying leg raises: 10 reps x 3

Good workout, I felt strong for a change 😉
