True! I agree that “fit” is really subjective (e.g. some people regard fitness as only cardio fitness, or leanness, or whatever). I think she’s super-strong and I know she Crossfits, so I reckon she’s fitter than your average person (saying that as someone who’s not a fan of Crossfit!)
